Infopulse Ukraine is seeking Corporate IT Manager (Code: CITM 418) to be responsible for management of IT department.
Responsibilities for this position will include (but are not limited to):
• Managing of Corporate IT operation and development activities including Corporate-IT personnel management.
• Perform supplier’s selection and establish effective relationship on equipment delivery.
• Participate and report to board-of-directors and technical committee steering committees.
Successful candidates should correspond to the following minimal required competencies:
• Solid (4+) administration experience windows/server/desktop platform and networking.
• 2+ years of managing experience of IT team/department/group.
• Experience in operation of mid-size corporate data centers and/or IT-critical organization with close to 24х7 availability value.
• Readiness to manage a group of IT technicians up to 10 people.
• IT Project management, integration and implementation experience is a big plus.
• Awareness of ISO and/or ITIL related processes; readiness and wiliness to learn and develop new technical and managerial skills.
• Ability to setup and maintain team key performance indicators.
• Highly communicative, proactive and open minded thinking is the must.
• Very good English (both spoken and written), experience in writing documentation in English.
The ideal candidate should demonstrate competency in decision-making, planning and organizing, flexibility, self-initiative and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
