As a result of our growth we are looking for professional and talented Support Engineer for our Research & Development Office in Kiev.
The ideal candidate should meet the following requirements:
• Technical background (IT);
• Windows 2000/XP/Vista;
• SQL ;
• MS SQL Server 2000, 2005;
• SQL Server Enterprise manager ;
• Good English skills (both writing and speaking).
Your responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:
• Providing production support for application and sites;
• Attending requests from users, analyze the problem and suggest the solution.
Preferred technologies:
• MS/BS degree in Computer Science or related field;
• Experience in work with Helpdesk system;
• Experience in communication with foreign customers;
• Knowledge of CRM systems;
• Business English;
• Programming background.
