Vitaver & Associates, Inc.. (a Florida Corporation since 1993) is seeking to employ a Staff Augmentation (Staffing) Sales Executive, based in Ukraine, for our operations in the USA. This is a home based position, anywhere in Ukraine.
Our Company provides employees to our Clients, thanks to our Recruiters. You need to have excellent English, good energy level, education and ability to work independently. You will work as part of a team of talented sales executives in Ukraine. Our Recruiters’ function is to search in our databases, screen, and interview on the phone and prepare submittals (resumes and skills) of candidates to our clients, assuring that only the best candidates are presented to our clients for hiring. Our reputation rides on the quality of candidates we submit to our very important clients: some of the largest American corporations and the US Government.
The Sales Executive finds and negotiates contracts with new Clients, for our Recruiters to work with. The Sales Executive needs to have excellent English, sales experience, and familiarity of an American corporation business culture. Work hours are weekdays from 15 to 18 and 19 to 24. Excellent pay and bonus structure. We also pay your taxes as an independent Contractor. We provide 33 paid days off per year including vacation, personal and sick days, Ukrainian and American National Holidays; an extensive library of DVDs of American movies, TV series, and books, as part of your training.
