Due to the further development of our activity in Ukraine we are looking for highly motivated and qualified candidates to fulfill the vacancy of Customer Database Coordinator for our Head Office in Kyiv.

In this role the primary responsibilities will include:
- maintaining the quality of the customer database
- making all necessary queries and selections for all customer database related activities
- developing a customer life cycle programme based on customer developments (acquisition, retention)
- initiating and organizing test with the customers in the customer database
- developing regular customer reporting for management
- developing a customer reporting system for the stores
- making analyses on customer target groups, product categories, and store development
- advising management on further development into the customer database
- assisting in feasibility studies for new store locations

Job requirements:
- University Degree
- Experience with working on a Data warehouse and Customer Database, Business Analysis tools
- Preferably having experience in working as a Database Analyst
- Fluent English is a must
